      Pros

      Since I joined Hologic last year, there has not been a moment I haven't felt supported or appreciated. I work with a great team, and have had lots of surprising and new opportunities come my way. It's great working for a company with a strong & positive mission, with a focus on continual improvement, and I find a lot of personal fulfilment within this.

      Excellent employer full of motivated people. Some great managers who genuinely seem to care and are quite transparent

      Some ambiguity as to where the company is headed as of the recent acquisition by private equity.
