      Pros

      - Great benefits - Great people to work with, everyone is willing to help - Lots of work flexibility when needed - Great products that most are proud of

      Cons

      - There has been an invasion of Stryker people - Leadership lacks strong will to fix old-lasting issues - Lots of favorites in each departments due to previously stablished bonds. No matter how hard you work, if you are not part of that bubble, career development for you will be much slower. HR simply turns a blind eye knowingly.
