Unrealistic expectations, burn out central. Poor management within the executive team. Went from being patient focused, to pushed to do case management between clients and shady business practices within that. Constant changes not for provider benefit, or patient at that, but to make money even with promoting fraudulent business practices. Recent layoffs from poor business model and recent changes.
