Flexible hours but poor management and favoritism - Production Holroyd Components Employee Review

Been working here now for 9 years and have seen great changes in the company. So much more efficient now with better wages, more holiday, shorter working week, bonuses, lunch bought every month and great parties. Best thing over the years has been the removal of bad attitude staff which has left the rest of us far happier.

Wish poor staff had left sooner

Engaging and Varied projects Management provided a great depth of insight and leadership in projects to help me become a self-sufficient. Colleagues were all helpful and open to help on any issue/questions I went to them with. Positive working environment. Results-driven work.

Starting pay packet was on the lower end for an entry level R&D engineering role. However there was a pay rise upon probation period completion and good opportunity for pay-rises based on performance.
