HBI isn’t just a job where you do physical labor all day. There are many professional development opportunities. Not only can you learn while on the job, but also from your colleagues. I’ve had a number of mentors who freely took me under their wing and helped me to get to where I am today.
Was great years ago and was caring about workers and there families when it was needed to be there for children as a single parent...that was a past thing.
Cons
Your not involved with relationships that others have being a employee with huge criminal records and prison and involved with hrd management with parents also in hrd ....there's zero chance of being part of the team when lies are told from new workers to tell there girlfriend that runs hrd and mommy that's in hrd....your not working for a company with there name on building, your working for criminal and there loved ones that have nothing to do with company....they taking the company over and ruining what it used to be ...
