Company presents itself as a family environment but is shady and treats their employees terribly

I made a lot of friends here

•low pay for this kind of work •no heating or ac in the production warehouse •no ventilation in the woodshop, air is hazardous •management has no sense of loyalty beyond their own family and has no respect for their workforce •little to no upward mobility •all in all, make sure you're taking advantage of them more than they're planning to take advantage of you.
