The owner is belittling in front of other staff and treated me like a child. He was extremely hard, if not impossible, to please and found fault with the smallest of my work. I saw another employee also spoken to in an unprofessional manner in front of others to the point she cried. On two occasions other employees told me they 'felt sorry' for the way I was treated and asked how I took the verbal abuse. I didn't take it and left very quickly. There's little growth in a company that degrades others. I made two dollars less than another employee who had to be shown how to use outlook for email, yet we both hold college degrees.
