Good benefits and they really try to invest in the work culture.

Pay is very low and benefits help a little but not much.

The teaching experience within the classroom is wonderful. For the most part students are very respectful, engaged, and very few discipline issues. Teacher support among teachers is fantastic and every teacher is willing to help the next.

Very low teacher support from administration. Low teacher morale. If you ask administration, things are great, but there seems to be a very large disconnect between teacher support and administrative concerns. Administration is secretive and politics play a very major role within the organization.
