Working with students from all different backgrounds who are seeking an education to help accomplish their goals-- this school has transformed students in a positive way that was inspirational Small community, values based, I am not religious or Catholic but I appreciated the mission Working alongside teachers and professionals who are truly selfless and care, I learned a lot from them Also, in a great location... It was a great place to start my career and I gained a lot of experience from it as well as met interesting people and made some really great friends too. big bonus!
Cons
Low salary :( Long hours Expectations that you will do more than what your official role is. (At least it was this way 2010-2020) Also, the disconnect of the 'board' with the people who actually do the work...really frustrating. but at the end of the day, they are contributing lots of money to keep us afloat so I didn't let it affect me too much.
