      - Coworkers are all wonderful people - You're providing value to the community - Work is appreciated - Fantastic benefits - Employees have coworker retreats and social lunches together. - Most employees have flexible schedules and can work from home on occasion. - Beautiful location!!!

      - Nonprofit pay is never the best, but it's not bad.

      Pros

      The staff at Holy Wisdom are great and the Sisters are wonderful too. In addition, the setting is serene (120 acres of restored prairie and woodlands). If you're mission-oriented, I would definitely recommend taking a look at HWM!

      Cons

      It's a non-profit - initiatives take a long time to get pushed through.
