      You get paid commision. The harder you work, the more you make. Some days you will finish pretty early if you finish your route quickly.

      Cons

      You will work long hours some days and will work pretty much every summer holiday depending on which location you work out of.

      Fast paced and if you’re mechanically inclined it’s lots of fun coming to work and watching the employees grown and help each other meet the aspects. By the end of the year it’s never fun to see the season end

      First week you will get sore

      Open road, somewhat flexible in how you choose to go about your daily route

      Cons

      No air conditioning (brutal when it's 100 degrees out and you have a long route through rural areas), faulty equipment that can be unsafe
