Pros
-There are some really nice clients. -Building long-term relationships with clients. -The client care managers do their best to outline the care of the client so you know what to expect (to the best of their ability). -The job is incredibly flexible with hours (say yes or no to shifts easily). -Compensation for holidays and mileage. -Free company polos
Cons
-Sometimes the client care managers are not organized -If you don't ask for details, you may work with a client who requires more care than you thought/something more challenging than you expected. -They don't tell you how to properly bathe clients. -Raises are rare if there are any? -Pay is low in general -They call/text/email you constantly to take shifts even when you've already specified you cannot work during a certain time.
