Some of the people in the office are nice. The office is very clean and they do have a relaxed atmosphere
Cons
They are very deceptive with the commission structure. They lie about the success of their employees. The top people make good money because the turnover is so high they always have new people to feed them leads. Nobody except the team leaders will make more then 10.00 an hour. Do not let them fool you with promises of big commission checks. This is simply a cold calling boiler room. Everyone working in sales had the attitudes that they had been tricked into thinking this job is something else. Stay away unless your passionate about cold calling real estate agents. I was told it was two sales a week per pay period to make commission. No it's .4 per pay period which means if you have 11 days you need an extra sale. I was also told there was no number for when you start to make commission. That was a lie. They also implied that you would receive commission and base that is not true. Think about this. Cold call a real estate agents and get them to buy a brand new website. Now do that 5 times in a week and you will be making around 10/hr at this job. Nobody is getting paid except for those at the top. Stay away
