I experienced a wide variety of work, including dealing with passengers as an Immigration Officer and meeting staff across the organisation as a Communications Officer.
Cons
Pay has effectively been frozen since 2010 and there have been swingeing job cuts across the Civil Service leading to low morale and staff wanting to leave in droves
