I realized pretty quick there was no path forward, not really, no way to learn anything new or develop any real skills. The job was exactly the same every single day with no chance to move up or try anything different, and after a while that really wore on me. I could see there was no real investment in training or development from whoever was running things, just an interest in getting the work done. I was stuck doing the exact same thing month after month with no way to take on new responsibilities or progress. The lack of growth just wore me down over time and I knew I had to leave.
