Fun treats. Small and well-knitted team. Director is friendly and supportive at times.

HR policies sucked, washrooms were terrible and common for both male and female. HR didn't convey employees issues to the boss. Once you are in the company leaving at your own will is difficult, but firing you any time is easy for them. No financial growth as the salary is very less.

Musical environment 5 days working and 10:30 am office time.

some days before 3 months probation period they will give you 2 options to choose. Demotion or leave resign. without Notice period and you will be at your home next day. your job is not secure. They will fire you anytime. Low PC configuration.
