Pros
Family Owned Company, doing a lot of great thing! The Owners are awesome, the culture is great, and we have a lot of programs and events that teammates can enroll in to further their learning and career growth.
Cons
Small to mid size company. I personally enjoy it, as you get to touch a lot of different projects and work with different teams, but I know some people enjoy the bigger company-corporate vibe.
