Pay is above average because that’s how she taps you. It’s so not with it!

Office and clinical staff are amazing but the owner and CEO is an absolute nightmare! In the 6 months I worked there 23 people either quit or were fired. There was 100% turnover in the office staff. She yells and belittles and lies.

Clinical staff and patient care is good.

CEO does not treat employees with respect. Turnover is high, employee morale is very low due to the consistent demeaning comments from the CEO. There is no board or any other person to make grievances to so it is monopolized and controlled by CEO. It is common to be treated horribly and receive gifts and apology texts begging employees to stay. No one has ever left on good terms.
