      Pros

      Great culture. Open Honest Truthful A bunch of talented people People focussed, treating staff, clients and suppliers exceptionally well and fairly.

      Cons

      None really, people stay here forever, which could be a problem, but instead, the owners re-engineered the business to make room and positions for talented and ambitious employees. No where quite like home.
