Management is very unprofessional. She sneaks around doors and walls listening to others conversations. She has sent in other employees to listen in on conversations the team is having and then she proceeds to send out aggressive emails regarding conversations that are hear say and untrue. GOSSIP, drama, & bullying is constantly a thing. Employees giving each other pain pill prescription drugs. Selling MLM company products to nurses from office. This company is very racist, they bully new employees, management is against growth of any kind, they want you to stay at a entry level position. Management would have unnecessary meetings with you in private if she heard a rumor or overheard conversations (which she flipped around) because she believed the gossip and rumors. Micromanaging and control is huge. It was a very uncomfortable & unprofessional work environment for me and the worst year of my life there. I would never recommend this company until they get new management.
