Pros

The agents and the broker. Top notch with integrity and class!

Cons

This company in the beginning was the best! Over the last year and a half everything began to unravel at a rapid pace. Instead of caring about the overall culture of the brokerage, it became all about the ‘bottom line’ where quality was priority before, quantity took over. Despite my numerous attempts to get the train back on the track, they demanded more. Talking to upper level management was like talking to a brick wall. They would tell you it would be fixed, but in the end, it was just to satiate you and never had a plan or intention to actually fix the problem. This was a salaried position so many, many countless hours dedicated to get the job done right, were never compensated. Then at the beginning of this year, they decided we were required to work weekends and holidays on top of the 60 plus hours we already put in every week. They also changed our compensation plan to something we could never comprehend. It was so convoluted, you never knew what you could expect to get paid along with the fact that because it was so complex we never really knew if we were getting paid what we were due. The list goes on and on, but in short I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to be valued as a person... not just a number.

Cons

Newest merger may change things, but with growth there are always growing pains!
