Pros

Great product. The product works very well and is not an eye sour.

Cons

The management and sales approach are very scamish. Great product, build value, then drop, drop, drop price. You are on call all day without pay. You pay for car maintenance, gas, and can travel 1 hour to an appointment with almost no warning that you have an appointment. EX. 3:30 pm drive an hr with no sales material for an appoinment. Very unorganized management. They will treat you poorly and claim it is all a mistake somehow.

Pros

None but just the worse job I’ve ever had.

Cons

* Awful leads * You can drive for over 150 mi for customers that they had cancelled the appointment or that are not home and there is not time or gas reimbursement. * No installers to get the jobs done * Even if you close 10 deals but there r not installers, you quit cuz you have bills to pay expecting that you will get your money once the job will be install, guess what? They will make you drag your bills and responsibilities for over 2 months to then tell you that if the jobs weren’t installed within the first 2 weeks you left you won’t get paid and as you’re 1099 theres not much hope you’ll get the money you earn!! * They promised to pay you for Google reviews, yeahh they only paid one out of 15.. * No paid Training * Useless meetings * If you don’t close a deal, rehash dept will call back offer half of the price you negotiate with customer and you will still don’t get anything for gas and 2 hrs presentation/ demonstration * if you sell over par you’ll get a decent commission but there r also commissions for about $50. * So much more to add on but these are the Main cons..
