Thanks so much for the feedback, we always appreciate it. I agree we do have talented people, and we're always on the hunt for more.
As for lower than industry standard salaries and "flat" compensation schedules, I respectfully disagree. Do we pay as much as Google or some of the bigger tech names? No. Do we pay as well as 50-100 person tech companies? I'd say yes. As for the flat/lateral comment, we reward people when they prove great value. Over the last few years we promoted and rewarded many high performers with increased title, responsibility and compensation.
