Pros

As A coordinator the Creative outlet is endless there are know specific plans for the layout of merchandise so you do all the decision making. Although there is a lack of communication and involvement within our store for myself this has given me the freedom to really take over and merchandise not only my departments but the rest of the stores as well.

Cons

The salary I would have to say is the biggest problem and then the limited hours for full time. Decent workers who need to make a living can not survive on 30 hours at those salaries. In order to get quality people you need to pay them and the manager salaries are decent but they should get concentrate more on taking care of coordinators or teaching managers how to work and train properly.

Pros

it is a job if you desperately need one

Cons

management does not keep promises (e.g. I was promised $2 higher pay upon accepting the position and later was told it wasn't feasible anymore once starting. I was also promised a specific day off then last minute had it revoked because they decided to make it a mandatory day). management does not listen to or care about its employees, very unprofessional. store managers don't want to do anything to help, they just sit in the office. management let other employees slack off and do nothing and expected others to compensate for their lack of effort general manager was horribly rude and misogynistic. he threw a box at someone while visiting.
