Pros
The managers at the particular location I work at care about the employees. However, corporate does not express that they care about or value the store employees at all.
Cons
Low pay - I have worked there for 4 years and only make 20 cents above starting pay. Getting a decent number of hours a week as a part-time employee is difficult. Also, the number of hours and days of the week I work fluctuates every week.
