Pros

Good work-life balance for retail managers, great benefits, positive & supportive environment for hourly employees, financially sound company with competent corporate leadership.

Cons

Limited promotional opportunities for women, “silent boys club” where males are given preferential treatment at management level, retaliation and workplace bullying are commonly ignored by HR when notified.

Pros

My coworkers and a steady wpaycheck. And meeting some great people. The discount is nice.

Cons

This company likes to put all the work on its associates. Anything that’s grunt work or where you have to get your hands dirty. All they care about are pushing out those credit cards. I’ve seen some of the best employees quit because they’re burnt out and don’t get scheduled any hours. I don’t blame them. I’m looking for another job as I type this. My body hurts and I’m being abused physically and taken advantage of.
