Not the worst but far from the best - Referencing Executive HomeLet Employee Review

Pros

Free tea and coffee Canteen on site Stable hours

Cons

The constant revolving door of managers/team leads Little to no positive feedback if you're doing well(but you will find out the moment something goes wrong) Referencing especially is constantly being told we need to do more and push to get more work done with no actual support or extra compensation Advertise that you can hybrid work but then in reality this is next to impossible to actually achieve and you will be fobbed off by team leads (mainly because the CEO Andy Halstead hates the idea of working from home but will constantly send his weekly email update dropping the latest country he's been to 'with the company')

Pros

The people in the company are great to work with

Cons

Lack of management, lack of training, lack of accountability for these points. Lack of communication. Work from home is not an option any longer and is gate kept from most of the business. Frequent meetings for show about issues employees are facing but now actual responses or solutions put in place. You won't only be doing your job role, management use specialised job roles for colleagues as an excuse to slack/not do their job. No opportunity to progress as the company is deemed 'too busy' any opportunities presented is based on a popularity contest rather than competency.

Pros

Decent pay for the most mindless boring job you’ll ever do.

Cons

Toxic environment, where the only thing you go into work for is the money.
