I can be the sole caregiver for my sister.
Get paid for a job I was already doing everyday.
Do not have incompetent home health aides coming to my home anymore.
Don't have to keep training new people to do the job because of turnover.
Always have a caregiver that shows up because it is me.
Office staff is helpful and never overbearing.
Cons
Don't have any complaints and I've been with them since the beginning of Structured Family Care in November 2019.
I love this type of work it's very rewarding. I love the flexibility of scheduling
Cons
The bad thing for caregivers is there is no job security. If you lose you client for some reason you lose your paycheck if their isn't a client available for you to pick up. No holiday pay, no paid time off
