Pros
- Amazing most friendly clients (most of the time) - inviting coworkers who support you
Cons
- NO reimbursement on gas when they claim you get paid enough for it (you don’t) - required to do things unpaid that are essential to the job like cleaning caddy, cleaning towels, and many other things that take HOURS out of your week. It’s all unpaid. - “allowed hours” is a SCAM. Me and my coworkers were RARELY paid the $24 they claim. They RARELY add time to your houses even if your reasoning is 100% valid (being in pain, extra buildup in houses, etc) with them refusing to add extra time AND not reimbursing you for gas, you RARELY reach the $24/hr. Only if you clean EXTRA fast and drive even faster will it take you to $24/hr. Due to this, me and my coworkers feel rushed constantly in our houses and can’t give them the quality they deserve due to owners wanting to save money. - website claims that they follow CDC guidelines- THEY DONT. NONE of the cleaning products actually disinfect things since the owner switched them around - owners try to gaslight you. When my two weeks was put in they let me go early. Telling me everything I said in my resignation was not real (despite almost ALL my fellow cleaners agrees with me. Literally), that we got paid properly, and let me go early. Leaving me 13 days with NO pay. Despite me begging them telling them I have BILLS and a FAMILY TO FEED. They didn’t care and talked nasty to me. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WORKERS! The only people who care are their remote assistant and the operations manager they FIRED for unknown reasons. She was the glue that held this company together and ALL my coworkers agree. - male owner has a past of making inappropriate comments to female workers’ bodies. Also refused to add time to our “allowed hours” even if reasons are 100% valid. - female owner has a past of being passive-aggressive, an attitude, and even taking her employers tips for “lunch” when she was only at the cleaning for an hour while the rest of her workers were there multiple hours. - vacuum policy is silly. They expect you pay for a $200-$300 vacuum within 60 days of working there and then reimburse you after a YEAR of working there.. but there’s a catch. You have to repair it yourself with YOUR own money. - overall, owners have proven multiple times that they do not actually care about their workers- they only care about their profits and $$$. Multiple red flags that many of my coworkers and I have noticed since operations manager was fired. Before she was fired, this company was a 4/5. Unless they stop taking things personally, turning it around on someone else and actually *improve* this company will just treat you horribly and not even pay you properly. Good luck!
