Pros
There is a lot of great people working here, hours were perfect for me, commute was short.
Cons
1. No raise- they think the cost of living given every August should be sufficient 2. No promotions unless you are part of the CLICK- if the big bosses don't like you forget getting anything 3. This is a HUGE "Yes Sir" company 4. The Austin office is not clean has a HUGE RAT problem.. very unclean ,,, . not allowed to drink the homepro water bottles unless you are part of the elite- the water filter to the fridge is never changed til recently and i worked there for 3 yrs 5. They will give you more work without a raise.. my offer letter said Austin only but they tried adding San Antonio to me with out offering me a raise.. i worked here for 3 yrs there is never a 6 month evaluation 6, If higher management does not like you they will find ways to get rid of you
