      No proper safety rules or precautions followed on the job Poor and disorganized management Very little regard for employee well-being Focus is entirely on profit, not on service quality or staff support

      You get your own truck to drive.

      Cons

      Wage, raise, commission. What your tasked to do doesn't reflect the wage. Commission are paid once a month and if you miss that date you have to wait till next month.
