Pros
The idea of family is there, we kind of felt like it a little, but of course some people spoil the bunch and management didn't do much about them. They really just needed bodies whether they were helpful or not. I liked having the 10% discount at all TJX businesses. (including spouse/family). They even had quarters that we would have 20% discount weekends.
Cons
They really just needed bodies whether they were helpful or not. Most workers were worthless. I liked that management gave workers autonomy, but some took advantage of that and would even just sleep in the back way past their break time.
