Pros

employees are really cared about. you're not thought of as a number or statistic, you're classed as a real person and development is really well thought of. The fact that I can sit down and have a 121 about my development with the CEO, multiple senior managers and directors, says a lot about this company and the culture ir promotes.

Cons

while HomeServe is constantly trying to improve, some of the important things get lost in the current. I know everything will come together though.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
