Pros

This was the most loved company by us all. Fair pay in principle is great, but being used by middle Directors to bully and force people out, who have worked hard.

Cons

Long Service is rewarded with a pay cut, loss of holidays earned, and a new contract that does not allow for you to be sick. You got these benefits after hard work and effort, worked your way up through the ranks, only to be brought down by Directors who are not impacted. Fair Pay is not being used correctly, avoid this company at all costs

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I know you're not saying this but your review could be read that you think making our company-wide pay and grading transparent and equitable for everyone is a bad thing and that better benefits for a few is a good thing. This isn't a view that I have come across at any time and I suspect is certainly not something that the thousands of our People who will benefit from the introduction of Fair Pay would think. As you have been here for eight years I hope you appreciate how transparent we are with our communication. When we say we are doing something because it is genuinely fair, it's because it is. You'll also know how accessible I am so please come and see me and let's have a conversation. Greg.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
