Pros
The process from start to finish was very smooth, fast and efficient. From applying to starting work was a matter of days. Melanie, whom dealt with my application, was extremely helpful and polite. If only all recruiters were as good as her, I felt like I am genuinely wanted as an employee! Thank you!!!
Cons
No cons to speak of. Any issue with regards to hours/rota etc had been taken seriously by Homeserve and dealt with creating a whole new shift pattern to suit our home life.
