Pros
HomeServe is the best company I have ever worked for. The company has shifted from the old 'bad' times, where it was all about getting policies in to a company that cares and wants to do the right thing for it's customers and it's employees. The Customer focus is absolute key to the success of the company now. It doesn't just stop at the Customers, the employee benefits are amazing too. Free HomeServe policy, discounts at hundreds of shops, what more can I ask for? I love my job, I have a great supportive manager and the leadership team are second to none.
Cons
A very small number of people are not quite on board with the company strategy. I think over time, if they don't change, they won't be here as the Customer focus isn't going to go away, so they either join us or leave.
