      Pros

      It is a company that hires people. Also DEI wasn't terrible (but also not great).

      Cons

      RTO enforced for corporate employees but not call center employees (backwards?). The tech teams are a disaster in terms of leadership, vision, and direction.

      Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

      Cons

      Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
