Apparently I missed the memo on this company. I should have checked these reviews before accepting the role. I had friends who worked here years ago and loved it, but whatever made this a good place to work has long since disappeared. I joined a year ago as a new parent, excited to build a career here, and instead I’ve had nothing but disappointment. The expectations are completely unrealistic, there is zero flexibility, and I’m constantly told to prioritize meaningless busywork over time with my family
