      •Pay/bonuses •Clean professional office •Provide snacks in the break room •Accommodating with school schedule •Co workers are great/Atmosphere •Motivation/Incentive programs to keep work challenges fun

      •Sometimes the callers can be mean (To be expected in customer service, but it’s not for everyone) •There is a lot of information to learn, which can be intimidating at first, but it does get easier once you memorize processes.

      Pros

      Pretty flexible schedule wise at least with previous ownership. A lot of free snacks and drinks that you can grab throughout the day, under previous ownership.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment filled with favoritism. Disorganized management Managers don't do anything while lower level employees have more responsibility for little pay Dishonest management who takes advantage of employees as much as they can. Will outsource and lay off employees without a second thought
