      • Management lack ability to hire new people in a timely fashion • Management lacks empathy to anything that does not have to do with work. • Mandatory over time. • Stagnant work environment. Very little room to grow. It seems the only way to move up in the work place is by waiting until someone gets fired. • Lack of training

      Pros

      Pretty flexible schedule wise at least with previous ownership. A lot of free snacks and drinks that you can grab throughout the day, under previous ownership.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment filled with favoritism. Disorganized management Managers don't do anything while lower level employees have more responsibility for little pay Dishonest management who takes advantage of employees as much as they can. Will outsource and lay off employees without a second thought
