Because you are an independent contractor you have to do your own taxes quarterly, calculate everything on your own or pay someone to do it for you. You obviously don't have benefits and have to pay all insurance out of pocket. You don't have workers comp, unemployment benefits or sick days and vacation days. You don't get a raise, promotions or bonuses. There's no such thing as human resources or payroll services, meaning if something (will most definitely) happens you can bring a mirror because you and that mirror are the only ones there to deal with it, no costumer service line no hotline no lines what so ever. The customer can beat u up shoot u burry u in the bay and u dead. Here's the issue they find your client's by scavenge tactics and use other platforms to do so then they charge you $5/hr each time so basically you get all the leftovers therefore the clients are a hit or miss (mostly incredibly filthy, lunatics and entitled monsters). The website isn't friendly at all its more like a puzzle with hints hear and there. *Since the company isn't insured or bonded you can easily get blamed for stealing or damaging property. This means you pay up or kick rocks, maybe even go the law route who knows. You would think direct deposit is a good thing well this company charges you a fee to use such invention and for all types of miscellaneous things like changing the hours days or if you get kicked out of the platform for being a naughty boy whatever there's a fee for that. Be prepared to have a bot as your personal supervisor because this company doesn't believe in person to person combat or something. If you want to make this full-time and be able to live then buy a used van and park down by a lake, you can't even afford a river sorry but let's face it u will have to take a shower eventually and it's December marry Christmas there's no suck thing for it in this company.
