Awesome co-workers, beautiful office, great manufacturing partners, sales team is fun to work with.
Cons
New private equity owners are clueless but arrogant which is a bad combination. The two founders are now gone so this company has no direction and no leadership. Home Depot is unbearable and negative about everything. Worst of all is the installation contractors and operations team, they are ruining our customer service.
