Pros
The other staff are really lovely, the culture is positive and supportive, my job was never too stressful and I had a great manager. Everyone really cares about homelessness and people have lots of interesting experience, skills and knowledge to learn from. One particular benefit is the yearly learning and development grant, so you can pick some helpful training to go on based on what you're interested in or how you want to develop.
Cons
Some jobs are dependent on external funding, so aren't super secure.
