      -The CEO and Avi are great but the management is only concerned with the bottom line and not its employees. -Great benefit plan

      -Cost of living was not give again this year even though the managers and owners made millions.

      Pros

      The construction managers and office staff are always there to help.

      Cons

      Senior Manager is an older construction guy that simple doesn’t know about sales plans a strategies. If it is not his ideas it’s a bad one. Overall he is a nice guy but you got to keep your eye on him.
