      Great community, great perks, they are always asking for opinions and listening.

      Still a bit of a boys club but the industry is going to take some time to change in regards to attitude.

      Pros

      The construction managers and office staff are always there to help.

      Cons

      Senior Manager is an older construction guy that simple doesn’t know about sales plans a strategies. If it is not his ideas it’s a bad one. Overall he is a nice guy but you got to keep your eye on him.
