      Healthy Competitive Atmosphere in sales org.

      Cons

      Busy servicing accts which you don’t get paid on so you don’t have time to sell and earn commissions. Lots of changes to comp plan every couple of months

      rewards top performers, the people are great, a geniunely great opportunity to own the full sales cycle

      Cons

      major change is the norm, employees are jaded, micromanagement at the senior leadership level, no freedom to be an actual salesperson
