9yThank you for the feedback. We, too, realized that the later shift was tough for folks so we have done away with it. As far as management attention to account executives, we also realize that its a challenge for our managers to give each of our account executives as much time as he or she would like. Since your time with us, we have added an additional manager to the team further expanding our capacity and the time each manager can spend coaching his/her teams. Earnings for our sales teams are uncapped so our goal is to invest in each of our account executives so that they can maximize their own earnings while helping real estate professionals get the tools they need to grow their own businesses.
