Every lead has been touched - no opportunities for new business Commissions are subpar and targets are difficult to hit per the above Your average person lasts there a few months No career trajectory Working hours are set - no flexibility $14-15 “salary” Terrible benefits Brand is nothing compared to Realtor, Trulia, and Zillow

I would like to address some of the concerns you mention. Our company routinely promotes over 10% of our workforce each year with all of the sales leaders in the San Diego office having been promoted from their sales positions. We are very proud of that record and promoting from within is very important to us. We've received very positive feedback on our benefits, compensation and incentive programs and our average tenure is much longer than a few months. I'm sorry we were not a good fit for you.

sharp selling skills, great young coworkers, used to be a fun place to work

Cons

stressful, poor pay, extremely low ROI, you're probably not going to make a commission check after being around for 1 year+
