Unlike the large box shops, your opinion matters and internal growth and leadership opportunities are abundant for those who excel, not just tenure. Plus, tons of actual resources, from technology to support, provided to the brokers, unlike large firms that offer a logo and that’s it.

Smaller firm so there may not be as much brand recognition, but this sometimes can be a pro for an agent who can leverage the care and attention of smaller companies.

Great people working there, people who are established and have a good network can be very successful. Fun environment and good support staff

The way the leads are distributed, if you don't have proven performance, you are given last priority on leads. There is a LOT of reliance on personal network which can be hard if you are new to the city or haven't worked in a networking heavy industry before
