      Pros

      This is my third organization and hands down this is the best team I have got. I have joined as frontend engineer in December 21 and already I have met my team head, hr head and CEO and was allowed to put forward my points which were discussed in the meeting and as a new joinee that was actually surprising for me. Also since we are developing our very own product there's a scope of great learning.

      Nothing as of now in my short tenure.

      Pros

      So it was all about the training part which was all clear and had a good trainer who helped me out with all the doubts was really understanding and overall a good experience

      I don't feel any cons yet but would surely be open if come across any
